our values

community engagement

We are committed to engaging closely with the local communities surrounding our locations. All our facilities have a designated representative responsible for collaborating with the community throughout the project’s lifecycle, listening to their concerns and addressing them. For each new project, MP-Energy will develop and implement a series of Social Investment activities in the area.

environmental responsibility

With a heightened awareness of the environmental implications of power generation facilities on climate change, we have proactively initiated steps to mitigate our impact.

We have recently initiated solar projects through our subsidiary SSK and are now selectively pursuing thermal projects powered by gas or projects that can be easily converted from fuel sources to gas.

With these measures, we aim to align our operations with the need for cleaner energy alternatives and contribute to a greener future.
IFC Performance Requirements and ESIA are applied in all our projects

We believe in harnessing the talent within the community where our plant operates and are actively engaging in practices that prioritize hiring locally, providing skill-building opportunities, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

We want to empower individuals by offering fair employment opportunities, investing in local talent, and supporting community development initiatives.

By focusing on local hiring, we aim to create a diverse workforce that reflects the richness of our community while simultaneously contributing to its economic growth.

Through training programs, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities, we strive to empower our employees, enabling them to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions both within the company and the broader community.

Through open communication, transparency and proper training we strongly support our employees’ personal growth and fulfilment

Health and safety

Our company is committed to guaranteeing the safest workspace possible for its people by anticipating possible risks and taking all the necessary precautions

⦁ All our workforce is subject to first aid and firefighting training by specialized companies
⦁ We make sure to always have the necessary resources to deal with spills, leaks, fires, and explosions
⦁ Our emergency-response plans are routinely tested and improved after simulation exercises

We promote a zero-accident work environment. We also work to foster a healthy, safe, and encouraging work environment where open and transparent dialogue is crucial. Across all our locations, we establish a setting where employees and stakeholders can report concerns without fear of retribution, either through our HSE representatives or anonymously via our grievance boxes.”
